Our Journey
Dr.Luka Bompiani’s passion for chiropractic care began with a simple yet powerful mission: to help people feel and function at their best. With extensive training in spinal health, sports performance, and pain management, he saw a need for comprehensive, patient-centered care that integrates cutting-edge technology with hands-on healing.
Over the years, Bompiani Spine & Sport has expanded its services to offer advanced treatments, including:

The Genesis: Lou's Health Center
Our journey began in the 1950s with Louis "Lou" Bompiani, a visionary who became a licensed massage therapist. Lou started by treating patients in his home in Youngwood, Pennsylvania, focusing on massage therapy, steam baths, and nutritional counseling. His belief that true health and wellness come from within the body positioned him ahead of his time. In 1960, he established Lou's Health Center, laying the foundation for a family legacy in holistic health care.
Lou's dedication to natural healing inspired his family profoundly. He supported five of his seven children in pursuing chiropractic degrees from Palmer College of Chiropractic, embedding chiropractic care into the Bompiani family tradition. Today, this legacy flourishes with multiple family members practicing chiropractic across Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Virginia, including sons, a daughter, a son-in-law, granddaughters, and a grandson

In 1976, Dr. Anthony L. Bompiani, one of Lou's sons, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He returned to Youngwood, Pennsylvania, and in 1977, established the Bompiani Chiropractic Clinic. For over 25 years, Dr. Anthony has been committed to delivering quality chiropractic and wellness care, embodying the family's mission to help others live pain-free and achieve optimal health.
